Professor, what if I was to create a farmers market within the community, thereby involving other small family farms, and cutting out the middle man of produce sales. This would enable them to sell their goods at a higher price, yet still lower than a supermarket. It would also cause trade to increase between farms, making a direct connection with the housing development.
